Cabramurra - Snowy scheme settlement - 17 miles away - can be seen plainly from here, but is hidden behind tree on right. Had dinner up here today, but had to bring water with me from below. Hazy in distance. Frid. 26th April 1957. 2.30 p.m. Sun"
