Biographical history
Kookaburra Nursery School, in the County of Wynyard, opened in May 1948. The School was also known as Coleman Street Nursery and Wagga Wagga Nursery (Kookaburra). (1)
The Nursery schools provided for children of pre-school age. Pupils attended for one year, then went on to a primary school. (2)
The School closed in December 1980. (3)
