This probate document relates to the Will and Testatment of "Hugh Mackay, otherwise McKay, late of Mile Gully in the Parish of Manchester in the County of Middlesex and Island of Jamaica, Planter and Gentleman" who died on 5 July 1834. Administration of his Will was granted to John Jean Mackay, the brother of the deceased.

This plan depicts an area of land labelled as Bullingbong Plain (an estimated area of 17943 acres) and includes the location of the house paddocks, the house, stable yard and stables. Also marked are Government Mark Trees, "Irvine's Claim", Bullenbong Creek, and Blind Creek.
The full title of this framed plan is: "Plan of the Run called Bullinbong. Murrumbidgee District. Occupied by Mr. Alexander Davidson." The plan is signed by WM McCulloch, surveyor, February 1st, 1856.
