Christina MA Mackay (1861-1935) was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Mackay of Wagga Wagga (previously from Wick, Caithness in Scotland). She became a teacher, finishing her career in 1926 as headmistress of the Bourke Street Public School in Sydney.
