District Court and Quarter Sessions records relating to children as victims or perpetrators of crime are RESTRICTED for 100 years (Access Direction No. 2953).
District Court and Quarter Sessions records relating to the hearing of criminal matters are RESTRICTED for 60 years (Access Direction 2954).
Maintenance records and depositions relating to child welfare matters and children under the age of 18 as victims or perpetrators of crime are RESTRICTED for 100 years (Access Direction 2955).
